Baby Love Program/ Care Line 919-855-4050 Provides maternity care coordination, childbirth education, counseling and emotional support, medical home visits, and referrals to other programs. Online application found at Www.epass.nc.gov or can go to local DSS office to apply. Must be a North Carolina resident ,must be pregnant or recently given birth within 60 days and must be eligible for Medicaid.
